Job Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Director’s purpose is to meet individual store sales expectations daily and to ensure daily coaching of all in-clinic salespeople. This role will prepare Location Directors by assisting in new sales orientation to the sales process. They will develop individual coaching plans and provide resources and assistance to all salespeople.

Duties:

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for designated clinics

  • Regularly visit stores, build, and maintain relationships with all Patient Care Coordinators and Directors

  • Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees

  • Foster a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfied customer experiences

  • Sell by example and potentially cover any shortages

  • Organize and train staff on how to present the LaserAway Brand and our services, the importance of the First Point of Contact, phone etiquette, and consultations

  • Train new and existing staff on best practices for successful consultations and closing sales

  • Foster a community between Directors that motivates, congratulates, and facilitates sales growth

  • Conduct sales exercise sessions for new and current sales employees

  • Coach all salespeople to optimize sales tools to increase revenue such as Marketing Lists, Birthday Lists, Contact Lists, Available Care Credit Lists, and Big Spenders Lists

  • Work with Patient Care Coordinators and Directors to formulate game plan for turning around a poor performing store

  • Assist staff with any needs they have and be available to cover shifts if no one is available

  • Determine regions sales needs and proactively maintain a strong sales bench with the help of recruiting department

  • Provide input on LaserAway marketing strategy and recommend adjustments to achieve sales goals

A Medical Device Repair Technician will be responsible for all the laser maintenance, safety, and team communication that ultimately supports all clinic operations. Continuous assessments and improvements allow our team to remain efficient and effective at LaserAway.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all laser maintenance within the assigned region. This role oversees the PNW, Las Vegas, Mountain West and CO clinics.

  • Monitor ticket system, communication platforms, and emails for prompt responses

  • Ticket response critical to operational readiness

  • Ability to exceed expectations and aid in improving overall operations

  • Efficiently assess and apply critical thinking to multiple issues

Provide in-clinic administrative inventory support. Responsible for monitoring,
and training inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for assigned territory.
Support the HQ Inventory team with inventory management activities and serve as the primary
liaison between the HQ Inventory team and assigned territory.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clinics are aware of LaserAway inventory best practices and standard operating
  • procedures.
  • Investigate and close out all inventory discrepancy ticket resolution.
  • Check all tracking numbers to ensure purchased product was delivered and checked in within clinic.
  • Manage assigned back-end transfers between clinics.

Job Summary:

Provide in-clinic administrative inventory support. Responsible for monitoring,
and training inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for assigned territory.
Support the HQ Inventory team with inventory management activities and serve as the primary
liaison between the HQ Inventory team and assigned territory.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clinics are aware of LaserAway inventory best practices and standard operating
  • procedures.
  • Investigate and close out all inventory discrepancy ticket resolution.
  • Check all tracking numbers to ensure purchased product was delivered and checked in within clinic.
  • Manage assigned back-end transfers between clinics.
  • First line of defense in clinic issue resolution
  • Maintain all invoices from all vendors as shipments occur.
  • Identify any short / no ships to buying team.
  • Add all assigned Medical Inventory buys to inventory management system.
  • Create all shipping labels for transfers or orders.
  • Follow up weekly with stores to check in all outstanding dashboard items.
  • Provide technical support for all Coupa ordering issues.
  • Assist with month end inventory reconciliation & cycle count follow up.
  • Provide additional support as needed to buying / planning team as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with purchasing, inventory controls and accounting.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as must
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with sometimes high levels of
  • ambiguity and independence with sometimes varying working hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Coupa Procurement Software and NetSuite a plus
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal policies and directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement LaserAway's talent acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational goals and growth plans.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive results.

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and define job requirements.

  • Create a strong partnership with the sales leadership team to ensure we have created competency based job descriptions for all sales positions and build a strong pipeline of candidates for rapidly growing markets.

  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and continuously optimize recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales, retail, or consumer services industries preferred.

  • Demonstrated success leading high-volume recruitment efforts and managing a team of recruitment professionals.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support organizational growth and business objectives.

  • Strong analytical skills to communicate our talent acquisition through metrics.
