Switch your shower head: Flouride and chlorine are very high in our tap water in California, and that dries our skin and hair out…especially when used hot, which most of us do. If you don’t have a filtered shower head, you can grab one at Home Depot.
Get a better shave: Switch to a more natural shave cream. Better yet, check out Dr. Bonner’s Castille Soap which acts as a soap / body wash / shaving cream. You can also use your natural hair conditioner to shave. Chemicals = BAD!
