TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT…

  • Avoid prolonged, direct sun exposure and tanning beds.
  • Avoid spray tans and any other kind of self-tanners on the area of your tattoo.
  • Apply sunscreen SPF 30+ when outdoors, and cover the tattoo with protective clothing or an adhesive bandage.
  • Avoid any aesthetic treatments that may cause irritation to your skin in the treatment area.

THE DAY OF YOUR TREATMENT…

  • Remove any products such as, lotion, sunscreen, makeup, spray tan etc. from the area of your tattoo. If you forget this one, we'll have wipes on hand.
  • Shave the area of your tattoo if needed, in the direction that the hair grows with a new, clean razor and moisturizing shaving gel.

ANY CHANGES TO YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY…

  • New diagnosis? New pregnancy? New medications? We need to know. Please tell us, as some medical conditions and medications are not compatible with laser treatments. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment, as your health and safety are always our top priority!

Treatment Room Policy

To protect every patient's privacy and safety, treatment rooms are limited to the patient receiving treatment. Guests are welcome to wait in the lobby, and we ask that you arrange childcare ahead of your visit. Please note that pets are not permitted in our clinics, except for trained service animals.

We understand that some patients have unique needs. Exceptions may be granted in the following circumstances:

Minors (under 18)

A parent or legal guardian may accompany the patient

Language barrier

A translator may be present with prior approval

Disability or medical need

A support person or medical aid may attend with prior approval

Clinical training

Approved observers may be present; patients will be notified in advance

To request an exception, please reach out to us before your appointment begins.

Guests & Companions

Minors under 16 years old cannot be left unaccompanied or unsupervised by a parent or guardian. Companions and guests are welcome to wait in our reception area.

Staff will notify them as soon as your appointment is complete.

Non-Compliance

If a guest is present in the treatment room without an approved exception, staff will politely ask them to move to the reception area. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
