A LaserAway team member will call and text to confirm your consultation before your appointment. During that time, you can simply reply to the text message or let the employee know that you’d like to cancel or reschedule. It’s quick and easy — no separate call or email is required.

Can I reschedule instead of canceling?

Absolutely. If your plans change, just let the LaserAway representative know during the confirmation call or text, and they’ll help you find a new time that works best for you.
