LaserAway only uses the best, cutting-edge technology. For laser hair removal, we use the Cynosure Apogee Elite laser (Nd:YAG) — one of the safest and most effective lasers on the market. Unlike other lasers, the Cynosure Apogee Elite laser can be used on pretty much any skin tone, a feature that minimizes the risk of tissue damage. And while other lasers produce shorter wavelengths and lack sufficient pigment selectivity, the Cynosure Apogee Elite laser features extremely refined pigment discernment. Any damage to the surrounding tissue is minimized because the Cynosure Apogee Elite laser targets hair follicles at a deeper level in the skin’s dermis. What’s more, fewer laser pulses are required to target hair follicles. This means that laser hair removal sessions using the Cynosure Apogee Elite laser are shorter and less painful.
For tattoo removal services LaserAway uses MedLite C Series and Harmony lasers (Q-switched Nd:YAG). Compared to other Q-switch lasers, the Q-switched Nd:YAG laser targets the skin’s dermis at a deeper level. It rapidly “explodes” ink pigments, thereby minimizing the risk of complications. The MedLite C Series and Harmony lasers work on virtually all skin tones, and they are even able to remove those more stubborn ink colors: greens, yellows and fluorescents. This gives them a great advantage over other tattoo removal lasers.
For laser facials, LaserAway uses Clear + Brilliant fractional laser technology to reduce wrinkles and skin irregularities. Unlike traditional laser technology, Clear + Brilliant can be used on people of all ages and skin types. The best thing of all? With these state-of-the-art lasers there’s no recovery time.
For body contouring, LaserAway uses Thermage and VelaShape technology. Both Thermage and VelaShape are non-invasive alternatives to traditional surgical procedures. Both technologies use lasers and radio frequency to stimulate collagen production, smooth out cellulite, tighten skin, and provide circumferential reduction.
