What happens if I opt in?

By opting in and accepting the updated terms on or before January 31, 2026, you will continue your membership seamlessly in Premiere Points and receive an exclusive enrollment bonus of $100 off a $200+ purchase.¹

If you are a LaserLove Premium member with a membership extending beyond February 1, 2026, you will also have access to the membership perks of the new Icon tier of the Premiere Points program from February 1 through the end of your Premium membership. This means that starting February 1, 2026:

• You will be eligible for 1 free Clear + Brilliant treatment.
• You can unlock additional Icon milestone benefits by spending the required amount between February 1, 2026 and the end of your Premium membership.

Why is this not effective until February 1?

When you opt-in to the new terms, they are effective immediately. However, to provide extra benefits to our members, we are providing a transition period. This allows our existing members extra time to make a new purchase and extend the expiration date of their current LaserLove points, if they would like. All new terms specific to benefit implementation will therefore start for existing members on February 1, 2026.

What happens if I do not opt in?

• You may continue earning LaserLove points through January 31, 2026 (or until the end of your Premium membership term, if later).
• After that date, no new points will accrue.
• Your membership and benefits will end as of January 31, 2026 (or the end of your Premium membership term, if later).
• Unexpired points in your account as of January 31, 2026 (or the end of your Premium membership term, if later) will remain redeemable for up to 12 months from your then most recent purchase before February 1, 2026 (or the end of your Premium membership term, if later).

What are the key changes in the updated Loyalty Terms for Signature members?

• Starting February 1, 2026, points earned will expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
• Points earned before that date will remain redeemable for 12 months from your most recent purchase prior to February 1, 2026 (new purchases will no longer extend expiration).
• Points can now be redeemed in smaller increments—as little as 2,500 points ($25) per qualifying purchase (previously $100 minimum).
• Referral benefits are being removed (a new referral opportunity will launch in the future).
• The updated terms include an arbitration provision.

What is not changing for Signature members?

• Continue earning 5 points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
• Points redemption value remains the same.
• You will still receive your $100 birthday gift during your birthday month.

What happens if I do not opt in as a Signature member?

• You may continue earning LaserLove points until January 31, 2026.
• No new points will accrue after that date.
• Your Signature membership and benefits will end February 1, 2026, but unexpired points will remain redeemable as outlined above.
