LaserAway November Skincare & Laser Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Overview

The LaserAway November Skincare & Laser Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is a campaign where eligible individuals (see below for eligibility requirements) (each a “Participant”) may participate in the Sweepstakes by following LaserAway, LLC (“Sponsor”), “beautyybird”, and SkinCeuticals (as defined below) on Instagram and TikTok and tagging two (2) friends in a comment to one (1) of the Sweepstakes Announcement Posts (as defined below).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of participation. Employees, personnel, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, the L’Oréal USA S/D, Inc. family of brands (referred to herein as, “SkinCeuticals”) and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies (collectively, with Sponsor, SkinCeuticals, Instagram, and TikTok, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes Participants’ full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

3. Sponsor

LaserAway, LLC 307 S Robertson Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211.

4. Timing

The Sweepstakes begins on November 20, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant must complete each of the following seven (7) steps to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes:

7. 7 Locate one (1) of the following posts announcing the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Announcement Posts”) and comment on it by tagging the account of at least at least two (2) friends or family members you think would enjoy LaserAway services.
   • The Sweepstakes Announcement Post published by Sponsor from its @LaserAway Instagram account
   • The Sweepstakes Announcement Post published by Sponsor from its @LaserAway TikTok account

You must complete all seven (7) steps to receive an entry into this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or social media account(s). Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, logins, or any other methods will void that Participant’s entries and that Participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected activity (e.g., follows or comments), which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with each social media account used to participate will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

You may “unfollow” Sponsor, “beautyybird”, and/or SkinCeuticals at any time after prize fulfillment, when you comment on a Sweepstakes Announcement Post(s) (your, “Entry Post(s)”), you will have the opportunity to include additional content. All content in your Entry Post (“Entrant Content”) must meet all of the requirements in these Official Rules, including the following “Submission Requirements”, or you may be disqualified (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion):

Submission Requirements

• No person other than you may be seen, heard, named, or otherwise identifiable in your Entry Post.
• Entrant Content must not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any rights of any third party including, without limitation, copyright (including moral rights), trademark, trade secret, or rights of privacy or publicity.
• Entrant Content must not create or imply any association between Sponsor and any individual or entity or their or its products or services.
• Entrant Content must not contain any commercial or corporate advertising (including, without limitation, corporate logos, brand names, and slogans), recognizable branded products, or commercial artwork other than those of Sponsor or other partner participating in the offering of the Sweepstakes.
• Entrant Content must not include information or content that is false, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory (including trade libel), disparaging, unlawfully harassing, threatening, profane, obscene, sexually suggestive, pornographic, hateful, indecent, inappropriate, or injurious to any Released Party (defined below) or any other party. Entrant Content must not contain or describe any harmful or illegal activity or content or in any way violate any federal, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations.
• Entrant Content must be suitable for presentation in a public forum.
• Entrant Content must not suggest, depict, or describe any inappropriate, unlawful, or dangerous behavior.
• Entry Posts must clearly indicate that the Entry Post was incentivized by a sweepstakes, for example including #Sweepstakes as part of your Entry Post.

Entrant Content and your use of Instagram or TikTok to participate in the Sweepstakes must always comply with all of applicable platform terms and policies including, without limitation:

• Instagram’s Terms and Community Guidelines
• TikTok’s Terms and Community Guidelines

It is each Participant’s responsibility to set their account settings to ensure that any purported Entry Post is made publicly, to accept contacts by Sponsor, and to timely check their account for any comments, mentions, messages, or other communications from Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for changes to any functionality or policy of any social media platform that may interfere with the Sweepstakes or ability of a Participant to timely enter or otherwise participate.

6. Drawing

Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries on or around December 5, 2025.

7. Verification of Potential Winners

All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. A Participant is not a winner of any prize, even if the Sweepstakes should so indicate, unless and until Participant(s)’ eligibility and the potential win have been verified, and Participant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.

Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winners will be notified via email by Sponsor. The Sweepstakes winners will be required to provide their shipping address within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and full name, sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and where not prohibited, a Publicity Release (“Declaration”) which must be received by Sponsor, prior to 12/15/2025 11:59 P.M. ET, in order to claim their prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted or fails to provide any requested information within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential Sweepstakes prize winner does not provide information by 12/15/2025 11:59 P.M. ET and forfeits the prize or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, if time allows, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package that consists solely of a full 5-product Skincare Set ($655) (Vitamin C E / C F, P-TIOX, Triple Lipid Restore, A.G.E. Advanced Eye, SPF) and six (6) sessions of IGLF Laser treatment ($1,800).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,455

Five (5) “Runner-Up” winners will each receive a prize packaging consisting solely of one (1) C E Ferulic product and one (1) session of IGLF Laser treatment. ARV: $482, each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $4,865

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

No cash equivalent. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided in these Official Rules at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prize will be fulfilled approximately between 12/15/2025 to 12/25/2025 after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) prize per person.

9. Release

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or network lines; (c) technical errors, platform settings, active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in an entrant’s inbox that may prevent an individual from participating or receiving messages or other communications from Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail, email or other communications from Sponsor; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) death, injury, or damage to/loss of persons or property.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g., events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to modify the prizes offered herein and to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law each Participant agrees to release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify each of the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, disability, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability whatsoever for injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance, possession, misuse or awarding of a prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize or Sweepstakes related activity, including, without limitation, any injury, damage, death, loss, or accident or of person or property. The prior limitation on damages is not intended to limit the Released Parties’ obligation (if any) to pay prevailing party costs or fees if recoverable pursuant to applicable law. The limitations set forth in this section will not limit or exclude the Released Parties’ liability for personal injury or tangible property damage caused by the Released Parties, or for the Released Parties’ gross negligence, fraud, or intentional, willful, malicious, or reckless misconduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each winner agrees that the prize is provided as-is without any warranty, representation, or guarantee (express or implied, in fact or in law) whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of any part of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Each Participant understands and agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil code of California and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States are hereby expressly waived by them. Section 1542 reads as follows:

“Certain Claims Not Affected by a General Release. A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited, each Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York, New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for six (6) actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and any Released Party in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

14. Participant’s Personal Information

Information collected from Participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.laseraway.com/privacy/.
