4 Tips for Getting The Most Out of Your CoolSculpting Treatments

How to maximize your CoolSculpting results

1. Choose the right provider

2. Keep up with the exercise

CoolSculpting works best for patients who are able to maintain a regular exercise regimen (in fact, there are even specific exercises that complement your treatments). But you’ll want to wait 24 hours after your treatment to resume vigorous exercise. 

3. Don’t forget to schedule follow-up appointments

Each CoolSculpting treatment results in up to 25% fat reduction in the targeted area, so you’ll want to schedule follow-up appointments to ensure optimal results. Most patients undergo one to three CoolSculpting treatments in each area treated. 

4. Follow a healthy diet

One of the best ways to maintain your CoolSculpting results is to follow a healthy diet (in addition to regular exercise) that includes plenty of whole foods, like lean meats, legumes, vegetables, whole grains, monounsaturated fats, and fruits.
