The short answer: It depends! The number of CoolSculpting treatments you'll need depends on the number of areas being treated and the results you want. Most patients undergo one-to-three CoolSculpting treatments in each area treated. For our skin tightening treatment, Thermage, ​you'll need only one treatment to achieve results. However, depending on your age, skin condition and degree of skin elasticity, you may choose to consider a second treatment in order to obtain your desired result, as well as maintenance treatments every couple of years.
