I had an amazing experience at LaserAway! This was my first time ever getting Botox, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The treatment was much less painful than I expected, with minimal to virtually no pain. The technicians were patient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. A special shoutout to Giau, who was absolutely amazing during the booking process! She was so helpful, friendly, and made everything smooth and easy from the start. Overall, I’m so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend LaserAway to anyone considering Botox, especially first-timers. I had a great experience at LaserAway today for my HydraFacial! From the moment I walked in, Giau at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, professional, and attentive, and really made me feel taken care of from the start. Dr. Will Kirby, D.O., FAOCD

Dr. Will Kirby holds a degree in Biology from Emory University and earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to complete his dermatology residency through Western University/Pacific Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.

Since 2015, Dr. Kirby has served as the Chief Medical Officer of LaserAway. Under his leadership, the medical team continues to raise the bar in aesthetic dermatology—prioritizing innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care across all LaserAway locations.
