⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my second laser tattoo removal treatment at LaserAway in Burlingame, and I had such a wonderful experience with Celty! Celty was incredibly caring, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire treatment. She made me feel comfortable and reassured me every step of the way. I really appreciated how patient she was and how carefully she explained everything. What I especially appreciated was how thoroughly Celty explained the aftercare instructions. She took the time to explain how to properly care for the treated area after the procedure, what to expect during the healing process, and what I should avoid to help the skin heal properly. Her detailed explanation made me feel much more confident about taking care of my skin after the treatment. Since this was my second laser tattoo removal session, I already had some experience with the process, but Celty still made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable before leaving. Dr. Will Kirby, D.O., FAOCD

Dr. Will Kirby holds a degree in Biology from Emory University and earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to complete his dermatology residency through Western University/Pacific Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.

Since 2015, Dr. Kirby has served as the Chief Medical Officer of LaserAway. Under his leadership, the medical team continues to raise the bar in aesthetic dermatology—prioritizing innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care across all LaserAway locations.
