Janeen is the best she is always so warm and friendly and getting me the best deals for laseraway that’s the only reason I come back. San Carlos is awful & rude the director there will cancel your appt and not even let you know, happened two times to me. Palo Alto is 50/50 but Mountain View is always good only when I come in to see Janeen though other people there are not helpful at all if I’m being honest.

There are several locations, but the front staff in Mountain View is amazing. It was only here that I was alerted to the skinpen treatments, which is the type of treatment I prefer (no heat or chemicals). I was also offered an 18 month payment plan without interest, making the price point approachable. Dr. Will Kirby, D.O., FAOCD

Dr. Will Kirby holds a degree in Biology from Emory University and earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to complete his dermatology residency through Western University/Pacific Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.

Since 2015, Dr. Kirby has served as the Chief Medical Officer of LaserAway. Under his leadership, the medical team continues to raise the bar in aesthetic dermatology—prioritizing innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care across all LaserAway locations.
