Jessica was absolutely wonderful and took such great care of me during my CoolSculpting appointment. I was pretty nervous going into the procedure, and she was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole thing. She could tell when I was getting anxious and really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She brought me ice packs, talked with me and distracted me, reminded me to breathe, and stayed very calm and supportive the entire time. I never felt rushed or like I was being difficult. She just made me feel really well cared for. I’m so grateful I had Jessica there. She made an experience I was very nervous about so much easier, and I really appreciated how compassionate and attentive she was. She’s amazing.

Dr. Will Kirby holds a degree in Biology from Emory University and earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to complete his dermatology residency through Western University/Pacific Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.
Since 2015, Dr. Kirby has served as the Chief Medical Officer of LaserAway. Under his leadership, the medical team continues to raise the bar in aesthetic dermatology—prioritizing innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care across all LaserAway locations.
