Let me start by saying this: LaserAway is not the cheapest option and I'm completely okay with that because there are some things I'm simply not willing to gamble with, especially when lasers and my skin are involved! I've been going to LaserAway for 5 years, and one of the biggest benefits for me is that they have locations all over the country. I travel often and may continue living in different places, so it's incredibly important that when I purchase a package, it never expires and can be used at any LaserAway location. I also really appreciate that what you purchase can be transferred to another service if your needs change. For example, I bought a tattoo-removal package but ended up not needing all the appointments. Instead of losing what I had already paid for, the remaining treatments were transferred to laser hair removal. That kind of flexibility is a huge reason I continue choosing LaserAway. More importantly, they do things properly. I've been getting laser hair removal for over ten years and have tried more than ten different businesses. LaserAway is by far the place where I feel the fewest corners are cut, and trust me, corners are often cut by these businesses! LaserAway's equipment feels current, the treatments are thorough, and I've never gotten the impression that they use weaker settings just to stretch out the number of appointments you'll need, which is also surprisingly often done by other clinics. I've also been having two tattoos removed while receiving laser hair removal, and my skin has never reacted badly. During my most recent appointment, I wanted hair removal on an area where one tattoo was almost completely gone. They could easily have rushed ahead, but instead, they paused and went through a whole process to double-check whether it was truly safe. Ultimately, they advised me to wait until the tattoo had faded completely. That moment confirmed exactly why I trust them: they're not willing to skip steps or take unnecessary risks just to make another sale. Now for my favorite part of this review: my girl Yeisy! I've probably had close to 30 different people perform laser hair removal on me over the years, but Yeisi is the one I've stuck with. I have officially become that slightly annoying client who calls to schedule and immediately asks, "But will Yeisy be there?" She is more careful and thorough than anyone else I've ever seen, and she always does the job VERY properly. Beyond that, she's consistently warm, cheerful, and so much fun to be around. My appointments with her are honestly an instant mood booster, which is quite an accomplishment when the activity involves repeatedly being zapped by a laser! To the owner: protect this woman at all costs and never let her go ;) And to Yeisy: thank you for being so wonderful and for making every visit something I genuinely look forward to!!
