The Northbrook location is by far my favorite! Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. They offered me drinks and a blanket, which really helped me relax and feel comfortable. They talked me through the entire process, answered my questions, and made the whole experience feel so easy and stress-free. This review is about the LaserAway Northbrook location. Tina was awesome! I was really impressed with how personable, fun, and welcoming she was. She has such a great personality and made a genuine effort to connect with me, which made the whole experience even better. Sumra was also the coolest and sweetest! I’ve had Clear + Brilliant six times, as well as Potenza and Xeomin treatments at LaserAway, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff has consistently been very warm and welcoming, and the nurses are professional while also being incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable. They always make me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout each treatment. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The customer service is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive, and the overall energy is always positive.

Dr. Will Kirby, D.O., FAOCD

Dr. Will Kirby holds a degree in Biology from Emory University and earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to complete his dermatology residency through Western University/Pacific Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.

Since 2015, Dr. Kirby has served as the Chief Medical Officer of LaserAway. Under his leadership, the medical team continues to raise the bar in aesthetic dermatology—prioritizing innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care across all LaserAway locations.
