So far, the experience has been wonderful! I’ve had a few consultations at different providers for laser hair removal. Laser Away had the best consultation process, by far! The initial phone call was very relaxed, where they explained the process casually without overly fake sales pitches or pressure to purchase. Other places I had been most definitely read from a script and ended the consult with how they offer financing packages…which might be necessary for them, because their packages were nearly 3x the amount the cost quoted from Laser Away!! After the initial consultation, the sales rep sent information for review that mirrored our conversation and later reached out offering to answer any questions, but again was very casual and relaxed! Once I made a decision to purchase a package, the process for purchase, registration and health history was very simple. They sent reminders the couple days before the appointment so I wouldn’t forget, as well! Now, for the day of the appointment, I was very friendly greeted by the front desk attendant. She knew my name and that it was my first visit; she also gave me a quick tour! The nurse that performed my procedure was also very friendly, and very efficient!! I’m looking forward to seeing the results of this hair removal process so I can refer my friend here!!

Dr. Will Kirby, D.O., FAOCD

Dr. Will Kirby holds a degree in Biology from Emory University and earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to complete his dermatology residency through Western University/Pacific Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.

Since 2015, Dr. Kirby has served as the Chief Medical Officer of LaserAway. Under his leadership, the medical team continues to raise the bar in aesthetic dermatology—prioritizing innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care across all LaserAway locations.
