I highly recommend this Laser Away location, especially Nurse Deja, Nurse Erin, Samantha and Tamara. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my coolsculpt and laser hair removal treatments. Nurse Deja qas especially wonderful - she took the time to listen carefully to my goals, understand my specific needd and explain the cool sculpt process in a clear reassuring way. I never felt rushed and she made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. I also had Thermage done at another branch, which I woukd recommend as well. I really appreciate that the staff are licensed professionals- not simply people trained to operate machines. It is reassuring to have clinicians assess your skin and individual needs before making treatment recommendations. Samantha has also been especially helpful - she is organized, attentive to my questions and concerns and very approachable. Tamara and the rest of the team have been incredibly welcoming as well. Compared with my experience at anothet location, where I felt less acknowledged and welcomed, this branch provides much warmer and better experience. I wipl definitely recommend this location and return for future treatments.

Dr. Will Kirby, D.O., FAOCD

Dr. Will Kirby holds a degree in Biology from Emory University and earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to complete his dermatology residency through Western University/Pacific Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.

Since 2015, Dr. Kirby has served as the Chief Medical Officer of LaserAway. Under his leadership, the medical team continues to raise the bar in aesthetic dermatology—prioritizing innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care across all LaserAway locations.
