I absolutely love this place. The front desk staff are amazing and so sweet and friendly. My son is nonverbal autistic and I bought him a package for his under arm hairs to be removed. Rebecca and Andrea have done a great job with him. They’re very patient, they test his skin first to make sure he’s comfortable. He does amazing with them. The only thing I don’t like, but I will not let it affect my rating because of all the staff being amazing, is the call center. I am a client as well as my son and I’ve only been late twice in the last six months, including today, only by about five minutes. However, the representative that answered at the call center said I would have to reschedule if I was 10 minutes late and I’ve never heard this before. I had a fit and let her know that I will be there before and just under 10 minutes late. When I got to the clinic, it was confirmed that they didn’t know why she told me “I would have to reschedule because they had other clients” when they don’t have their next client until 10:45. REALLY. Almost every time I come I have to wait just after my appointment time but I never complain so I didn’t understand why this call Center person was giving me such a hard time. Other than that I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences and I think everyone located at the Town Square, Laseraway location, you guys are truly the best.

I’ve had three underarm hair removal sessions here so far, and the service has been awesome! I see visible results so far from my treatment. The nurse is extremely knowledgeable and makes the treatments interactive by always answering my questions. The entire staff is so friendly, and the front desk is wonderfully welcoming. Dr. Will Kirby, D.O., FAOCD

Dr. Will Kirby holds a degree in Biology from Emory University and earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to complete his dermatology residency through Western University/Pacific Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.

Since 2015, Dr. Kirby has served as the Chief Medical Officer of LaserAway. Under his leadership, the medical team continues to raise the bar in aesthetic dermatology—prioritizing innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care across all LaserAway locations.
