As someone who is completely new to cosmetic enhancements, I was very eager to learn about my options, but I also wanted to make sure I was making an informed decision. I went to a few different consultations, and ultimately, one of the biggest reasons I chose LaserAway was Bianca. One thing I really dislike is feeling pressured into purchasing a bunch of packages during a consultation, especially when I’m told that the “special” pricing is only available if I make a decision that same day. That kind of pressure makes me uncomfortable and takes away from the whole purpose of having a consultation. I want to be able to ask questions, consider my options, and make a decision when I’m ready. Unfortunately, I experienced that pressure at two other places. My experience with Bianca was completely different. From the moment I met her, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me—not on making a sale. She never made me feel like I needed to purchase a bunch of treatments or packages. She took the time to answer my questions, never rushed me, and made it clear that the decision was entirely mine. Most importantly, she made me feel like a person—not a number or a sales opportunity. That level of professionalism and respect really stood out to me. Because of my experience with Bianca, I feel much more comfortable exploring other services at LaserAway in the future.
