I started going Feb 2026 and I have no regrets or disappointments. I love the results so far , I am midway from getting several areas done and love the results. I started only with two areas and immediately added more after my very first visit. The front desk staff has always been friendly, accommodating and informative . When I have had to cancel or reschedule, it is always and easy and friendly experience. As my sessions continue , shaving before laser is way less stressful because there is already a lot of hair that is not growing back. I have had my sessions with two Laseraway techs. The first tech was Jennifer. She is great. Patient, friendly, organized , focused and made my beginning sessions feel so at ease as I was a nervous newbie. Jennifer was always going at a safe pace. I never experienced any irritation or uncomfortable sensations after. The other Laseraway tech was Jessica. Jessica was also just as great. Patient, friendly, organized and focused. There is one thing I want to highlight about Jessica during my last session. I usually break my sessions up on different days but this time had to catch up and have them all done the same day. She had a lot of areas to do in one sitting. She did AMAZING. I want to say about 8 areas ( mostly big areas ) in one sitting and it felt seamless. She kept the same rhythm and experience as if it were only two small areas, also going at a safe pace. I was able to carry on a full day out in the city with no irritations or uncomfortable feeling in any of the areas. Both techs checked in with me as the laser was going on to make sure I was good . I really am having a great experience here and the staff.

Dr. Will Kirby, D.O., FAOCD

Dr. Will Kirby holds a degree in Biology from Emory University and earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to complete his dermatology residency through Western University/Pacific Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.

Since 2015, Dr. Kirby has served as the Chief Medical Officer of LaserAway. Under his leadership, the medical team continues to raise the bar in aesthetic dermatology—prioritizing innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care across all LaserAway locations.
