I can't say enough good things about Haley! She is always professional, kind, and genuinely attentive every time I come in for laser hair removal. Life gets busy, and whenever I've needed to reschedule an appointment, she has always gone out of her way to accommodate me without any hassle. That kind of flexibility means so much. She makes every session comfortable, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Haley to anyone looking for laser hair removal. Thank you, Haley, for everything you do!

Common Questions

  • Affected by the Ideal Image closure and looking to continue your care?
At LaserAway, we recognize the challenges faced by Ideal Image patients who are unable to continue their care due to recent closures. We want to extend our support and are proud to offer potential discounts on our exceptional treatments for those affected by these disruptions. Those discounts would be based on your specific situation, and our team can work with you to find a solution that is right for you. Our commitment is to ensure that everyone has access to the quality care they deserve, and we are here to help you continue your aesthetic journey.
  • What makes LaserAway different?

  • Are LaserAway providers licensed and experienced?
At LaserAway, every treatment is performed by a licensed medical professional—a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), or physician associate (PA)—who's completed one of the most rigorous and comprehensive training programs in aesthetic dermatology. Our clinical staff are true specialists, backed by a team of 25+ board-certified dermatologists and overseen by our Chief Medical Officer to ensure your care meets the highest medical standards.

  • Why is LaserAway technology far superior to other systems?

Because your skin deserves technology that’s ahead of the curve—not playing catch-up. At LaserAway, we’re all about combining science with results. That’s why we use the most advanced aesthetic devices in the industry, proven to be safe and effective, and hand-selected for their power, precision, and performance.

We don’t stick to one machine or one brand. We build a custom suite of technologies that deliver across every concern—whether it’s smoothing wrinkles, removing hair, fading scars, or sculpting your body. That means you get real results, faster and more comfortably than ever.

  • Is LaserAway a medical spa or a dermatology clinic?
LaserAway is a national aesthetic dermatology clinic—not a med spa. That means every treatment we offer is backed by clinical science and delivered by licensed medical professionals. Our team is made up of registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician associates, and all of our clinics are overseen by board-certified dermatologists. We never use aestheticians, cosmetologists, or technicians to perform our services, and our team completes one of the most comprehensive clinical training programs in the industry. Simply put: we hold ourselves to a higher medical standard—because you deserve nothing less.
