• How do I enroll in Premiere Points?

  Both new and existing patients must agree to the program’s terms and conditions and opt-in. You can opt-in now at this link: https://loyalty.laseraway.com/premiere

• How do I earn points?

  With Premiere Points, you’ll earn points toward future discounts on your treatments. You’ll also unlock more perks during special moments like celebrating your birthday or downloading the LaserAway app.

• When will I see points on my account?

  Points will be credited to your account within 48 hours of your full payment as long as you are opted into the program.

• Will purchases prior to joining be added to my points balance?

  Any purchases made within the 48 hours prior to opting into the program will count towards your point balance.

• How can I check my points balance?

  You can track your points in the Loyalty section of your MyLaserAway account or on the LaserAway Mobile App.

• Can I transfer my points or perks to someone else?

  No. Loyalty points and perks cannot be shared or transferred.

• When do my points expire?

  Points expire 12 months after they are earned.

• Can I redeem all my points at once?

  Not quite. You can redeem up to 40,000 points ($400 off) in a single transaction, not to exceed 50% of your total purchase value.

• Do I need to make a minimum purchase to use my points?

  No minimum is required—but points can only be applied toward up to 50% of your total purchase.

• How can I redeem my points and perks?

  Benefits may be redeemed only when purchasing over the phone or in a LaserAway clinic.

• Are points refundable?

  Sorry, once points are redeemed they cannot be refunded.

• If I am refunded for a service that I originally used Premiere Points points to buy, will I be refunded the reward or points?

  Any rewards applied to your purchase are non-refundable. You will be refunded for the price you paid after applying the discount.

• Can I finance the Icon Membership fee?

  Yes

• What happens if I don't renew the Icon Membership after one year?

  You will be moved into our Insider tier of the program. All still active points in your account will move with you as-is into the Insider tier.

• What is the minimum spend to enroll in Icon?

  To enroll in our Icon Membership, you must make a purchase of $500 or more in the same transaction as the membership purchase. The minimum purchase amount does not include the membership fee.

• Can I purchase an Icon Membership at any time?

  No—you can only enroll in an Icon Membership during the transaction of a purchase of $500 or more, not including the membership fee.

• Can I gift an Icon membership?

  No, Icon memberships must be purchased directly by the patient and cannot be gifted. However, you can purchase a gift card instead, which your recipient can then use toward an Icon membership.
