You'll start your neuromodulator experience with a free consultation with one of our specialists. There, they will assess your skincare goals and areas you're looking to treat, and answer any questions you might have.

Step Two: Your Appointment

Duration:

Appointments are typically scheduled for 30 minutes, though the injection process is often shorter. Depending on your needs, each treatment may include 3 to 8 injections in the targeted areas.

During The Session:

You may be asked to frown, raise your eyebrows, smile, or pucker your lips to help distribute the product evenly.

Comfort & Safety:

  • A small 32-gauge needle is used for minimal discomfort—a brief pinprick only.
  • No numbing cream is typically needed, but ice packs are available on request.
  • Temporary redness or irritation at the injection site is normal and usually resolves within a few hours.

Preparing For Your Wrinkle Injection Treatment

For the smoothest wrinkle injection experience possible, a little pre-treatment care goes a long way.

For face:

24 hours before your appointment:

Skip alcohol to help reduce your risk of bruising.

On the day of your treatment:

Avoid caffeine and fuel up with a full, nutritious meal to minimize the chance of feeling lightheaded. Arrive with clean skin free of makeup, lotion, or sunscreen.

For underarms:

24 hours before your appointment:

Shave the underarms.

On the day of your treatment:

Do not apply antiperspirant and arrive with clean, product-free skin.

How Wrinkle
Injections Work

Wrinkle injections like Xeomin and Botox treat dynamic facial wrinkles by temporarily attaching to nerve endings and blocking the release of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that triggers facial muscle contractions.

The result is that facial muscles relax, and dynamic wrinkles (also known as kinetic lines) are smoothed away.

To treat hyperhidrosis, Botox or Xeomin is injected directly into the affected area. Only the treated sweat glands are temporarily inhibited. Untreated areas continue to function normally.
