Megan Martinez is a Registered Nurse who serves as a Senior Clinical Partner for LaserAway. She started her nursing career in the OR in Los Angeles and now specializes in aesthetic dermatology. She started with LaserAway in 2013 and has continued to grow her knowledge and expertise in the industry. Her passion for teaching and learning has allowed her to help many patients and colleagues throughout the years.

Cox is a Registered Nurse who oversees the South Texas Region as a Regional Clinical Director. After finishing her undergraduate studies at Purdue Calumet, she obtained a degree in nursing from West Virginia Northern and worked in Emergency Medicine prior to joining LaserAway. She is continuing her studies in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at University of Texas Arlington, and looks forward to opening new clinics throughout the state of Texas.

Manija Hamid is a Registered Nurse currently serving as a Senior Clinical Partner. She began her career at LaserAway as one of the first Clinical Trainers, mentoring teams across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, Manija pursued a career in nursing, gaining experience in both medical-surgical and operating room settings. Her introduction to cosmetic plastic surgery sparked an immediate passion for aesthetic medicine, where she found the perfect balance between science, artistry, and patient care. Manija is deeply committed to building trusting relationships with patients and colleagues through education, compassion, and clinical excellence. She takes pride in creating positive patient experiences while empowering others through mentorship and teamwork.
Originally from Sacramento, California, Manija values family and remains deeply connected to her roots. Outside of nursing, she enjoys spending quality time with her son, who remains one of her greatest inspirations and motivations in life. Committed to serving others with excellence and heart, she is excited to expand her practice throughout Colorado, Idaho and New Mexico in her role as SCP.

Kirstyn Cassidy is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine and clinical leadership. She began her career in emergency medicine as a registered nurse, where she spent over nine years building a strong foundation in acute patient care, clinical decision-making, and working in high-acuity environments. After earning her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Pennsylvania, she transitioned into aesthetic medicine and found a passion for helping patients look and feel their best.
Since joining LaserAway, she has developed expertise in aesthetic treatments while combining clinical excellence with the artistry of aesthetics to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. She has held the role of Clinical Trainer, supporting clinician education, skill development, and training standardization across the Southeast and Florida.
In her current role as Senior Clinical Partner, she oversees and supports Clinical Trainers across the East Coast, helping strengthen clinical consistency, elevate performance, and ensure high standards of patient care. She is passionate about clinician development, education, and building strong clinical teams that deliver safe, effective, and confidence-boosting results for patients.

Katiuska Pereira is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Senior Clinical Practice Partner for Telehealth. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Health Education and later earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2018.
Katiuska joined LaserAway in 2019 and has held several clinical roles throughout her career, including Clinician, Lead Clinician, and most recently Telehealth GFE Clinician. Her passion for patient education and helping individuals feel confident in their own skin led her to find a true home in aesthetic medicine.
She loves working at LaserAway because of its innovative approach to aesthetics, strong team culture, and commitment to making patients feel empowered and confident. Katiuska looks forward to contributing to the continued growth of Telehealth operations and helping elevate the patient experience.
